What should I do before you arrive?
Remove light or small objects from the area you would like cleaned, we will happily move the heavier objects to clean under them.
Will there be any residue on the carpet after cleaning?
No, We will pretreat your carpet before it's cleaned. After pretreatment, we steam clean the carpet making sure that no residue gets left behind.
How long will it take for the carpet to dry?
Usually it will take 3-5 hours for the carpet to completely dry. Factors that affect the time are temperature, humidity, and how many fans are blowing on it.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes, None of our cleaners will be left in the carpet after we are done cleaning, and we don't use any harmful chemicals.
